What do the storage types at Ace Storage mean for your RV?
Outdoor spaces are open, usually gravel or paved lots. They are the lowest-cost option, but the RV is exposed to sun and rain, so a fitted cover and a regular check on tires and batteries matter more here.
Covered spaces have a roof but open sides. They block direct sun, hail, and most snow load while costing less than a fully enclosed unit.
Indoor spaces are inside a closed building or unit, which keeps out weather and adds a layer of theft protection. Ask whether the unit is private or a shared warehouse floor.

- What is the maximum length and height you can fit?
- What is the longest rig you accept, including the tow vehicle or hitch?

Common questions about Ace Storage
Where is Ace Storage located?
Ace Storage is listed in San Jose, California, but StowHelp does not have its street address on file. Call (408) 226-4400 to confirm the location and directions before visiting. Its website is acestorage.net. It lists indoor, outdoor, and covered space. Confirm gate hours and whether you need an appointment before you visit, since many RV storage facilities limit after-hours access.
What type of RV storage does Ace Storage offer?
Ace Storage lists indoor, outdoor, and covered RV storage. Published amenities include security cameras and gated access. No size limits are on file. Storage type matters most for roof sealant breakdown, tire sidewall cracking, and faded decals, which covered or indoor space reduces. Before long-term storage, blow out or antifreeze the fresh, gray, and black water lines and the water heater.
How much does Ace Storage charge?
Ace Storage does not publish its rates on StowHelp. Ask for a written quote that names the space size, storage type, and any setup or gate fees. Rates usually depend on the space size, the storage type, and the contract length, so compare quotes on the same basis.
What other RV storage is near Ace Storage?
In San Jose, StowHelp also lists StoragePro of San Jose, Gulliver USA, and Almaden Boat & RV Storage, plus 27 other RV storage listings. The comparison above notes which of them list storage types or rates that Ace Storage does not, and the San Jose RV storage page shows them all.
